The modular Step Barrel & Arc (also known as the "Spine Corrector") significantly increases the core functionality of the traditional Step Barrel, known for improving posture by lengthening and strengthening the muscles of the back, legs and shoulders. It conveniently fits the shoulder supports of all Align-Pilates reformers, so it can be used both on the reformer and on the floor. When used on the floor, our step is equipped with a non-slip base and can be used with our 32-inch foam Gondola boom for additional training opportunities. The Arc is removable and locks into place so it can be used independently, offering an alternative curvature to our traditional stackable arc. It also has 3 loops on each side for the use of Align-Pilates resistance bands (light, medium and strong) to increase the intensity of your workouts and further expand the functionality of this versatile piece of equipment.
